Giveaway Rules  

How to Enter:

One entry per person. Multiple entries will not be considered. 

  1. Visit the giveaway website and submit your entry. You may also visit Post Oak Mall and scan one of the giveaway signs placed throughout the Post Oak Mall.

By entering the giveaway, you consent to receiving occasional marketing emails from POst Oak Mall. Mange your subscription preferences from the link in the footer of any email communication.    

A successful entry will receive a confirmation after pressing submit on the entry form.   

The giveaway is open to all legal residents of the 50 U.S. states and DC who are 18+ years of age or older at the time of entry.  Void elsewhere and where prohibited.  Employees of CBL & Associates Management, Inc. and their immediate family members are not eligible (as defined as parents, parents-in-law, children, siblings, and spouse) to enter or win. No purchase necessary to enter.   

A random drawing of all entries will be conducted on September 3, 2024 from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. Two winners will be randomly drawn, one winner per backpack. A person may not win both backpacks. If the same name is drawn for both backpacks, an alternate winner will be drawn for the second backpack. Winners will be notified via email to the email address entered for the giveaway.  Winner must pick up prize in person at the mall office 1500 Harvey Road, College Station during the times of MONDAY THRU FRIDAY FROM 10:00 AM TO 5:00 PM.  Prize must be claimed by September 13, 2024.   

Value of each backpack is $500. Prizes may be exchanged per the exchange policy of the retailer where the merchandise came from.   

In the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, or if the prize is unclaimed, prize will be forfeited.
